You give us information — including health information from your denial letter — so we can prepare your insurance appeal. We use it for that purpose and to communicate with you about your case. We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it to market unrelated products. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
NotDenied is a document preparation service that helps consumers prepare appeals of denied health insurance claims. We are not a law firm, an insurance company, or a healthcare provider, and we do not provide legal, medical, or insurance advice. You can reach us at [email protected].
We use your health information only to provide the service you requested. We do not use it for advertising or sell it.
We share information only in these limited situations:
We do not sell your personal or health information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Your information is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to personnel working on your case and is controlled by access credentials. Payment data is handled by Stripe and never touches our systems.
We keep your case information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing [email protected] with your case number, and we will delete it unless we are legally required to retain it.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your information, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
When you submit your case, you consent to our collection and use of the health information you provide for the purpose of preparing your appeal, as described in this policy. You can withdraw your consent by contacting us and requesting deletion; this will end our ability to continue your case.
Our service is intended for adults. If you provide information about a patient who is a minor, you confirm you are their parent or authorized representative.
We may update this policy and will revise the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
