Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 14, 2026. This policy applies to "consumer health data" as defined by Washington's My Health My Data Act and similar state laws, and supplements our main Privacy Policy.

Categories of consumer health data we collect

Sources of this data

We collect it directly from you (your intake answers and uploads). We do not buy consumer health data or obtain it from data brokers.

Why we collect it (purpose)

We use your consumer health data solely to provide the service you requested — to assess whether your denial is appealable and to prepare and quality-review your appeal — and to communicate with you about your case. We do not use it for advertising.

How we share it

We share consumer health data only with service providers (processors) who help us operate, under contractual data-protection terms, and only so they can provide services to us:

We also share it at your direction (the appeal document prepared for you to file) and when required by law. We do not sell consumer health data, and we do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or affiliates for their own purposes.

Your rights

You have the right to:

To exercise any of these, email [email protected] with your case number. We will respond as required by law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. Withdrawing consent or requesting deletion will end our ability to continue preparing your appeal.

Consent

We collect your consumer health data only after you give specific, opt-in consent at intake, for the purpose described above. We collect and use it only to the extent necessary to provide the service you asked us for.
