NotDenied is a document preparation service. We prepare health insurance appeal documents under your direction, based on information you provide. We are not a law firm, an insurance company, a healthcare provider, or your representative before any court. Nothing we produce is legal or medical advice. You remain free to consult an attorney at any time.
Submitting your case is free. We review appealability before payment. If we determine your case cannot be appealed, we tell you why and you owe nothing.
The fee is a flat $149 per appeal, charged via Stripe only after the free case check. If we fail to deliver your appeal letter, you receive a full refund. Because appeal outcomes depend on your insurer and the facts of your case, fees are not contingent on outcome and no outcome is guaranteed.
You confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are the patient, policyholder, or an authorized representative. Appeals are prepared from your information; inaccurate information can harm your case.
Appeal windows are set by your plan and by law. We calculate and display your deadline from the denial date you provide, but you are responsible for timely filing unless we explicitly file on your behalf in writing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NotDenied’s total liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the affected case.
